We present a case of a third trimester fetus with a cervical mass. Fetal MRI was performed to better evaluate the extension
of the mass and the risk of obstruction of the airway in the neonatal period. MRI is very useful in the evaluation of fetal cervical masses.

of the vertebral column was performed to investigate back pain.
Spine x-ray showed spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis at L5-S1. Spondylolylis is one of the most common causes of back
pain in older children and adolescents. The diagnosis is usually
made by x-ray and/or CT.
